Role
Under limited general direction, designs, develops, and maintains JD Edwards (JDE) applications, integrating them with enterprise and third-party systems to ensure seamless operations and data integrity while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and support system updates. This is a hybrid role.
- Essential Responsibilities Designs, codes, tests, and deploys JDE applications and customizations using JDE Edwards development toolset, including Orchestrator.
- Works on Integrating JD Edwards with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless operations.
- Designs, Develops, tests, implements & maintains integration processes with 3rd party vendors, managing vendor relationships and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Collaborates with Our organization JDE Enterprise one functional analyst and other departments to understand business requirements to design, develop and deliver integrated solutions that are scalable, adaptable and sustainable.
- Analyzes and resolves technical and application problems in a timely manner.
- Utilizes AS400 (iSeries) to maintain and support JDE application database.
- Monitors and supports all JDE modules, Month-end, and year-end tasks.
- Maintains and applies ESU to JD Edwards applications to ensure systems are up to date with the latest features and fixes
- Identifies opportunities for process optimization, automation and efficiency improvements within the software development and business processes.
- Create technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals, and provide training and support to end-users and IT staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Six years of related experience preferred.
- Five years’ experience in developing and maintaining JDE and related software applications preferred.
- Experience in JDE 9.2.x or higher.
- Experience in supporting multiple JDE, AS400 implementations in developer, techno-functional lead capacity.
- Experience with JDE tools like OMW, FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN, BI Publisher, E1 pages, Business services and Orchestrator.
- Experience in designing Café one, E1 pages, Composite pages, Power forms, UDOs, Orchestrator.
- Expertise in integration development and Web Services (REST, SOAP)
- Experience working on multiple full life cycle application projects
- Preferred Knowledge of cloud platform (e.g. Azure, AWS, Oracle cloud) and their integrations with JD Edwards.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and manage projects.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
